Fuel Pump ?

So I'm trying to mount dual Italian Weber 45's. Rear carb goes on no problem. Front carb will not go on , It's hitting top of carb, I've got 3 different pumps and they all hit top of carb. Anybody know of a fuel pump that works with this set-up

I have webers and have Ireland Engineering  electric fuel pump with a fuel regulator. They have a block off plate for the old fuel pump also.

Ya I think that may be the route I'm headed, Looking at a Carter 4070 for a pump

You'll need a fuel regulator also Webers like 2.5 psi . No expert but I would make sure the Carter will work well at a  low psi.

Hopefully someone that knows Webers well will  chime in.

Carter 4070 should work, 4-8 psi made for carbs

I’ve had good luck with IE setup in my 2002 and 3.0cs, you should install a g switch or oil pressure cutoff switch for safety.

4-8 is to high for Webers, you'll need a fuel regulator.

A friend of mine uses the carter 4070 pump with a single Weber 45 on a Lynx manifold and it works OK without a regulator, perhaps it would be better with one. The pump is pretty big and loud compared to the IE setup.

I plan on rubber mounting pump in the rear of car so I'm hoping it would be a bit quieter
