Below is my subjectivity

【Old nut】
■ Space B has no contact with the wheel and is not effective in preventing rotation.
■ Since the surface of C is eroded by rust, an accurate conical surface is not formed by A and C, so C may turn.
■ It is easy for water to collect in the rotating gap, and corrosion may continue in the future.
■ I think that it is better to avoid using the current old nuts.
