Windshield blades. New!! kinda $

Why are they screeching back and fourth. Loud!

Is there a spray or any quick fix to stop the noises I’m hearing.

In the rain with these wipers I bought.

I've been spraying this on all my squeaky moving things (mechanical pivots, joints, linkages) that I'm not taking apart and cleaning and greasing- works awesome.  Does have a particular odor though, just so you know...  https://www.amazon.com/Ballistol-Multi-Purpose-Lubricant-Cleaner-Protectant/dp/B00A470H0M

Thoroughly clean the windshield of any waxy build up.

Rain x on the windshield will fix that

Bon Ami or Bar Keepers Friend powder cleaners remove the build-up from the windshield.

A quick cleaning with either of those should resolve your issue.

Presume you're refing to the wiper blades (the rubbers) squeaking as they move back and forth.  If so, the above suggestions will all work.  

 

But if it's the linkage itself, you need to lubricate the pivots with a heavy oil, or a spray can of white grease.  If it's the pivots (the shafts that the wiper arms attach to) you'll have to remove the entire motor/linkage to be able to lubricate the pivots from underneath.
