72 Tii on BAT

50K$?  Yes, the unfounded optimism has faded...remember 1989-90 market crash? We're not quite there.

What goes up ,can come down.

But these are a great option for a reliable, classic vehicle and inspired industrial design.

The car was a game changer. Reliable, high quality, OHC, disc brakes , IRS, comfortable and a usable trunk. Nothing like it at the time. Part of the German economic miracle of the 60's-70's

Guess I continue to stash my 72 Tiaga tii project

I don't know if the market is soft. I kinda think it was more of a BAT bubble, where for almost two years every 2002 went for top dollar and then some.  I was looking during that time frame and 7k cars were listed for 14K it was crazy . People all thought they had gold.       A  2002tii just sold south of 50k, that's a pretty solid price  for a very nice car .
