Darn- came for more racy photos, and only got herpes...

t

flips pancakes.  can't ever seem to get rid of a BMW.  Or the herpes.

The FAQ started because the previous board we were on started deleting threads.

And that sucked.  Roadfry, right?

So Scott  started the FAQ, and from day one, the policy of no deletion has been

one of the guiding principles of this board.  So if you wanna make a Furry Camel

out of yourself in public, it stays.  But so does everything else.  In this

disposable censored digital age, it's why a lot of us stay here.

Me, too!

It only took 46 years to make something good out of my youthful over-exuberance!... ?

Enjoy!

  • 1 year later...

Well, wouldn’t ya know, this car is up for sale.

https://philadelphia.craigslist.org/cto/d/haverford-1971-bmw-2002-tii/7388679495.html

A friend of mine was Interested in the car and went to take a look tonight. He was greeted by the gruff and generally-annoyed owner. Because my friend is not that that knowledgeable, he asked that I talk to the owner to see if there were any issues.

Me: How long have you had the car?

Owner: 27 years

Me: Oh, I thought it was since 2019

Owner: Where did you get that idea?!?

Me: From your Instagram post from 2019 saying you just got the car

Owner: I gotta go guys (and walks quickly back to house)

Here is a screenshot of his Instagram post just before he deleted it 10 min later:

His CL ad also says it has never been in an accident…sooooo buyer beware.
