2020 Shamrock Rally date?

Used to be able to go to the CA Melee yahoo groups for this type of info in da Bay. So sad it's gone ? Doubt there's a suitable replacement?

rally opportunity-I would be interested in helping co-organize something, but around the greater Sac area. Nice roads up in them foot hills.

I seem to remember Steve saying it would be the last running as the ‘Shamrock’ but he was planning to start something new in the foothills.

If there's interest from Sac and Bay Area '02ers, a good halfway meeting point would be in Vacaville. There is a CnC held on the third Sunday of the Month. That would be the 15th of March. The venue is in the old town parking lot by the library. General turnout is modest (maybe 50-100 depending on weather and time of year).

I'd be down with anything but I'm not familiar w/roads in the Sac foothills area or surrounding Vacaville so I wouldn't be of any help regarding that.

Another option... BMWCA GGC has scheduled a CnC on the 15th from 9-11am at Alices Restaurant up in Woodside. Not my first choice as I’ve found The GGC group to be mostly focused on later model bimmers.

There could also be Super Drive Sunday on 2/2...Pacifica to Santa Cruz Mtns via Woodside, but I'm not in the know with the Bay Area Rally Fiend Crew to confirm

The Coastal Range Rally 2020 is March 13-15. I've always wanted to do it so I guess this will be the year to do so if my car is done...

My wife and I are planning a private road rally for our ski club this year, so I’m sowing my oats on the rally planning. I’d definitely be in to lend a hand in Sac to Foothills rally.

Hey we can own organize our own drive on 02/02. Just need to pick a good meeting place and people will show up....
