The original Kugelfischer linkage part (#13511260343) in its original form came with nylon (plastic) sockets.

Interested in these, but wondering if all tii’s came with the nylon sockets?

It maybe have been replaced, but the one that came in my car was metal. The engine was largely left unaltered, so always thought that these were original. Not so?

Recently plated these..

First 2 pictures in this thread are of 1974 tii engine #2780601.  Original linkage shown.

I have no idea when they stopped, or if they did.  I'm sure someone here with an original 75tii or a Turbo will know.

Paul,

Original owner.  74 Tii 2781681, about a 1000 Tii's later.  Changed linkage in 1989.  Kept original.

Maybe a couple different suppliers?

Best,

Glen

Hi Paul,

Appreciate and support all the talented FAQ people who are making bits and bobs to keep our cars running.

I'll take 4 when / if you make a batch run.

Cheers,

David
