1974 BMW 2002 original 4-speed Stick with Sunroof $8500  Current mileage "17,040" (but probably 117K?, odometer only has 5 digits)

-          California smog EXEMPT (That is why I did NOT want a 1976 or later…)

-          Great candidate for restoration the way you want it (engine cam configuration, interior colors, etc.)  I wanted to keep it to restore for sentimental reasons but too many car / motorcycle projects

-          No rust in the major locations: shock mounts, cowles etc. If you want specific pics, just call me and I can take them or Apple Facetime the questionable areas

-          Original Bay Area, California car, then in Reno NV when I bought it. VIN 4225766

-          Engine ran when last parked in 2016, but oil pushing around seals so haven’t used since 2016. 2013-2016 daughter’s high-school car (only put on 2,500 miles)

-          Original Silver with blue interior (have a copy of the original sales contract from July 1974)

-          Wolfgang’s in Walnut Creek serviced it. Bought from seller in Reno in 2013 for $4500 plus $500 shipping to Bay Area. Then over $7K in initial 2013 sorting and cosmetic parts (safety: tires, wheels, brakes, etc) (over $4K in parts, all receipts available)

-          Wheels are brand new OEM BMW Tii style wheels

-          It needs engine rebuilt, interior, and perhaps painting (but at least its original Silver with a sunroof)
