Hi Ian - can you just drill and grommet a panel without the hole?

I will pick it up today and check with Canada Post to see if they are still doing overseas parcel deliveries right now.

Hi Ian

 

I have two and am sending pics of the one that looks the best. It is stamped for a 71 and it has the rubber grommet for the choke cable hole as well as the plastic that inserts into the rubber grommet to thread the end of the cable into. 

 

I checked with Canada Post and they are still able to send parcels to Ireland.
