WTB misc interior door hardware

I recently got my tii home from paint and body work and am about to reinstall the interior. After going through my parts at home as well as what the body shop returned to me, I found that I'm missing a few parts for my window cranks, vent knobs and interior door lock release handles. I do have all the screws for the arm rests, so no worries there.

 

As you can see in the attached pic, I'm basically missing 1 side worth of hardware; I should have duplicates of everything pictured. If anyone has anything in their parts stash, I'd gladly purchase what I'm missing from you. If I'm missing anything in my pic, please let me know.
