I received your package . It included the boots and the jacket tubing. the package did not include the terminals nor the plastic connectors as shown in your post.

Check the cardboard that covered the boots,I taped them to that    Check that and let me know

Sorry for the delay, I have been dealing with a medical issue      Mike A  sent you a PM    I have enough right now for 6 complete kits, I have more parts coming to make more kits in the next couple of weeks    I will go through all that replied and comprise a list    The first six kits will be available to the first six people that responded      I will have that for later this evening
