Description:

I’m having a difficult time deciding where to price. So considering offers. Has good running Tii replacement  engine with 5 speed.  I haven’t been able to find any comparable completed sales that closely match up with what this particular car has to offer. However, a local independent shop owner/ expert suggested it could be worth 15k as is and up to 30 with good paint job and interior. 

 

Body/Frame

Needs finish bodywork and paint. Originally Sierrabrun. Repainted red when engine was out, probably in the 80s. Has a little rust in spare well and front valance. Otherwise very solid sheet metal and good frame. Shock mounts are very solid.  Rear wheel arches replaced. Outer rockers also had small sheet metal patches. Inner rockers are good.   The floor pans look good from the bottom but I haven’t pulled up the carpet liner to check from top. Beltline, side moulding and side markers deleted. 

 

Chassis/Suspension

IE sport springs with new bilsteins and IE 22mm sway bars front and rear. All new urethane bushings, and steering arms and tie rods. New diff bushings. Also replaced brake lines with braided stainless. 

 

Drivetrain

Engine fires up right away and runs strong. Crane electronic ignition. New battery,coil, rotor,cap,plugs, and wires. Ansa sport exhaust. No knocks or drips. 5speed shifts well. Clutch good. Runs cool. 

Interior

Leather front seats have small seam separation on outer bolsters. I’m not sure what yr they came out of. Electrically operated adjustments all work. Original seats included in sale  but need  to be rebuilt. If you want to return original seats then you will need to rebuild sheet metal perches on floor. Dash has 3 cracks. Sunroof and windows crank fine. Rebuilt heater box works but needs cable adjustment. Rest of interior looks original
 

Misc

Painted basket weaves on new Falken rubber with spare. Also included very clean set of bottlecaps. Stainless shorty rear bumper. IE plastic air dam with Hella fog lights mounted in front US bumper mounts. Trunk matches fine it does not lock.

Typo -Meant to say trunk latches fine.  Also I have a set of 74 YOM blue six digit CA license plates that can be registered to vehicle. They are serviceable but could use restoration.
