Re-built HL Buckets

[coloincaalpine RIP 2021]

Just finished reconditioning a pair of HL buckets for one of our members in New Zealand. Totally disassembled,bead blasted,chased and lubed all threads and repainted.Even replaced the 0-rings on the adjusters. Kinda fun actually. This service is available.

Because he wanted to change from Euro buckets to something that he could use H4s in.  I also discovered that RH drive cars have different H4s  than LH drive cars.

I did this for my car and can attest to the amount of WORK involved. Nooks and crannies that are rusty and hard to paint,

easy to confuse which part goes where (left vs right, up vs down), gunky rusty threads, old plastic bits, the list goes on...

Hmmm, W & N have H4 bulbs for both types of Euro headlight buckets.
