Have seen much worse resurrected.

Double-check the engine number if you’re looking for numbers matching: the plastic intake runners suggest a 1972 model engine (or at least a 121 head).

 

Looks like a good base for restoration. That interior is pretty darned nice.

The usual: rust and mouse turds. But we don’t throw them away on account of that, or we’d have to part out 95% of the surviving ‘02’s from the rust belt... ???

The public can actually bid on these vehicle but you have to go through a third party. The fees are extraordinary. Pay extra attention to the small print. I think you have two days to pick up the car or the very high storage fees start incurring.
