WTB: Front strut sleeve/spacers

For my Tii struts, evidently I inadvertently disposed of both of the spacer/sleeves.  Without them, there is no strut "assembly".  My parts book shows them going under the bump stop rubber, which I think it wrong, I think it goes on top of the strut bearing .  If I knew there dimensions, I could get a pair made, but I don't.  Also, there are evidently some thick washers and "seals" that go over the top spring perch.  Two of each of these would be great also, thanks!  Note to self: don't throw all these bits away!
