I like the idea of this car and the beautiful fabrication but find the styling choices to be hideous. If I was going to spend the time to fabricate a new chassis for modern suspension and drivetrain I would have widened the whole body to accommodate the suspension instead of those ridiculous flares. The seats look too tall and too modern. The color is ok.

ug.

Suspension travel 'is still a thing' if you don't wanna be slow.

Driving at walking pace on a race track is kinda like... well...  if you

have to ask, I don't want to puncture your....

I mean, yes, there is some metal work there, and all, but

it's not a car.  Cars go.  It's a sculpture that rolls a bit.

I have to admit, I DO appreciate it for that, and for the

hundreds and hundreds of hours it takes to DO that.

But I like cars.

The six-cylinder engine features a closed-deck crankcase design, which increases rigidity and allows cylinder pressures to be increased for maximized power output. And instead of liners, the cylinder bores feature a twin-wire arc-sprayed coating, which results in a significant reduction in engine weight.

oh, alusil, where art thou?

And the amount of tuning to simply get a gdi engine to run?

And separate cooling systems for each turbo?  Separate

oil delivery?

Makes the S54 seem positively...  drivable.

looks like an 02 had an intimate relationship with a VW Bug, at Chernobyl.

"This is my 1973 BMW 2002"   No, it isn't, its a custom built something wearing the skin of a 1973 BMW 2002.

Ugh indeed.

2002's have aerodynamic issues? Maybe but with enough power and some giant balls it does not matter. Love the 2 agricultural moments and the drivers quick hands on the banking sections enjoy.

what is the Turkish thing in the middle?

It looks like an LMP car that had a horrible

transporter accident with an "Eff that one" car.
