@stevek that second photo made me think she's a tough customer, but that smile in the 3rd pic seems to show she's actually a big softy. haha

That's my son, age 28, in his 88 911 in 2016 at the Porsche Parade coming in 2nd place in the Autocross in his class until the jerk who came  in 3rd place filed a protest because he had removed the rear seats. Some people....

 

I went off course all 3 runs.?

I just remember in my 9 year old mind, dad picking me up from Cub Scouts in his 67 Firebird 400. No matter the weather, we’d be coming around corners sideways all the way home. Downshift, flick, tail out. 
 

Or the early Saturday mornings behind my dad on his Kawasaki Z1, winding up at a restaurant for pancake breakfast. Just the two of us. 
 

Kind of leaves an indelible memory. Still have gasoline in my veins.
