Seller is happy with 6k, buyer is happy at 6k, let it sail.  Not sure why so many see the need to uproot a sale by telling the sellers what to sell for.

Someone with one post who hasn't been in the market for fifteen years? No one is "telling" the seller what to sell for. He can give it away if he wants. Just a heads-up so the seller knows market value.

You'd make it much more desirable if you can get it running (get a new battery) and take pictures of the rust areas/underside/trunk.
