I have a e12 head with rods crank and pistons. Im buying a second 2002 this Saturday and it comes with. Im in Eugene oregon. I have no idea how much this is worth, i can ask some industry experts, or maybe you or someone on this forum knows.

Thank you! Getting one locally in Ontario probably next week - if that falls through though I’ll let you know!
