We have a really great part of the Forum called Off Topic, which helps us to keep 2002 things focused in this area, and then for other things- which are really interesting, but not '02 related, can go there.  Please help us to keep Off Topic alive as posts like this drive it right into a dead space...

My Son had the pleasure to work on a Mercedes Gullwing, their shop did all the paint and bodywork.

The budget for the car is around a million dollars for the restoration.  If you have it why not ?

 

They do mostly 60's and 70's muscle car resto mods.  Builds average from 100k to 600k with a two year waiting list.

There's a lot of money out there and I'm glad people like to spend it cars.

And here I am thinking: “Dad, why did you sell your nearly perfect 1964 Porsche 356 C back in 1969??!” It could have been gifted to me... I was such a good son....
