That's a Puegeot next to the overheating (most likley) Fiat in the center of the road with an Alfa in front.

You can get bolt in double A arm front and rear suspension for them now. I believe used in the road racing series in Brazil.

Yes, the yellow one looks like a Celica GT with a fender kit.  I had a 77' GT liftback in factory black.  One of my favorite cars ever...sold it for $500

BTW, in my work in finance, we'd used to see billboard leases along the Sunset Strip often fetching $20K-$30K per month for the property owners.

I couldn't find my orange '72 240Z in that photo, shame.

 

The car, in question, is too low for an 02 in that time ( even though the 240Z had a coil cut in '78

That malaga colored car sure looks like an early (pre '70) Fiat 124 spider to me. My dad and I have owned a few ('68, '76, '71) so I know 'em pretty well.

Well, shucks, I was sure hoping that would be a 2002 in the picture.  My computer screen resolution isn't so good on this laptop so I had a lot of wishful thinking.
