5 Speed Shifter Rebuild

Okay did the google thing and still not quite sure what shifter I have.  My 73 has a 245, 5 speed conversion  245.0.540.00.  My shifter has the sloppy feel bad from left to right.

I pulled the shifter and think I'm missing a few parts ??  Their isn't the spring  23411200845 or the spacer sleeve  23411200844.  Also appear to be missing the plastic washers that

go to the shifter linkage  25111220439.  Pictures of what i found.  Looking to confirm I need a few more parts or is what I have correct ?   I used Real OEM parts for a 320i transmission.

Cant help with missing parts but my side to side slop was fixed by replacing that guy. IE sells a billet one

Yeah you're missing the spring that holds tension on the bushings, this is for up and down slop. The plastic washers on the side of the shift lever are missing too, they control side to side slop.
