WTB (1)4 1/2 " x 13" Early Steelie for a Spare & Lug-Wrench

Hi, Would like a, only need one, decent 13" x 4.5" steelie as pictured for a spare, not worried about paint condition as it will get sandblasted & painted. Also, would like a decent lug-wrench to go with the spare. Can do paypal "family & friends". Found the wheel but still looking for a lug-wrench and spare tire hold-down bracket.
