nf - Hmmm, I'm 6'4'', think I can mount them any lower?

Chris - I have stock seats now. I have a another set of seats that are from a 320 in cloth, but may be able to purchase the leather sport seats from the M3. I'd prefer the leather. I don't mind making custom brackets. Will the back seat fit , or is it wider?

Thanks

Richard

well the m3 seats.. (I have a seat in my garage) bolt to the floor of an m3. A 2002 has rails built into the trasmission tunnel and floor. These rails raise the seat 6 inches or so. If I were to mount the m3 seats I would cut out the stock seat mounts and fabricate lower mounts. I am 6'1" tall and the m3 seats on stock rails was much too high for me. So if neccessary you could mount the m3 seats to the floor of your 2002 and have the seats 6 inches lower or so but you would have to cut up your precious car..
