Matt, I am shamefully clueless on how to post pictures on the board and would welcome anyone's advice on how to do so! Some day, I'm hoping to do a site for the car. In the meantime, I will e-mail you a couple of pics that I have and feel free to post them yourself. As far as specs, here is what I have done to date (sorry if it's too comprehensive!) and what I still plan to do:

Car: '73 2002 sunroof tii (2764282)

-Paint: Baltic Blau Metallic (Glasurit 54-line)

-Early Euro Bumpers (2002 AD)

-Euro F turn signals

-rolled front fender lips/shaved rears

Interior

-Recaro SRD Front Seats in Tan Monza Cloth

-Ireland Anodized Aluminum center gauge panel

-AGLA shift/E-brake boots

-Preferred Broken Clock/Cracked Dash package

-S14 Motorsport Stereo under hood

Engine: 1991 M3 (S14)

-Stroked to 2.5L by MASR (Dyno'd pre-header at 255hp)

-extensive headwork

-MASR spec cams

-Big valves

-2 pc Gruppe A header

-MASR One-off 3" Stainless exhaust w/2 Borla mufflers

-TMS 8lb Aluminum Flywheel

-M3 Oil Cooler w/braided lines

-320i Radiator

-Baffled oil pan

Transmission etc.

-CR 5-speed from Euro 323i (soon to be Blantonized)

-Reference sensors for S14 Mill welded on by MASR

-Star Kevlar Clutch Disk and L/W Pressure Plate

-UUC Short Shift Kit

Differential

-Quaiffe LSD in 3 series case built by Ireland Engin.

-3:64 final drive ratio

Suspension

-Ireland Engineering Coilovers all around

-Springs (F/R): 250lbs/200lbs

-Ireland Camber Plates

-ST Bars 22F/19R (may replace with Ireland's hollows)

-Urethane bushings throughout

-Semi-Solid rear Crossmember bushings

-Subframe and Trailing arms gusseted by Bill Arnold

-One off stainless Fr. tower brace w/engine tie-in

-TEP Rear tower brace w/battery relocator

Brakes

Front (Built by KVR in Ottowa)

-AP Racing Billet calipers

-2-pc Rotors: vented/drilled w/anodized alum. hats

-KVR pads

-Braided lines

Rear: 323i big brake conversion

Wheels/Tires

-6.5 X 15" HRE 535 Forged 3-pc wheels (15 lbs each)

-Bridgestone RE730 tires: 205/50/15

Here's what I still plan to do as I can afford it:

-Custom Fully welded in cage tying all 4 strut towers together yet maintaining sunroof and rear seat

-KVR/AP Racing Rear Disc Conversion

-Big bore (48mm) throttle bodies. I'll have mine enlarged as the real Motorsport ones are too pricey

-Cold Air Box for K & N Filter

-Custom Aluminum Radiator

-Carbon Fiber hood, trunk lid, front fenders

-CR Steering Box

-6 Series Rear Seat finished in Recaro Tan Monza Cloth and customized to fit around roll cage

-Dash reupholstered once it is cut to clear roll cage

Well, thanks for your patience in reading this. Unless I'm spacing on something, I think that pretty much sums up the lunacy that has consumed me for the last ten years and, no doubt, will continue to do so until I am taken to either the asylum or the poorhouse...

I LOVE your car...very cool color and I spent some quality time on your site. Can't wait to see your car and to meet you in person!

I'm working on becoming less clueles re: photos. I have made a friend who is a professional photographer and he's agreed to spend a day shooting the car for free. If I haven't figured out how to post the shots myself or make a site, I will send them to someone who has!

Best,

Coop

I see you have built in some rear disc brakes! I don't remember the Quaife either. Still rolling on your old Bil/Sports.

How's the Aprilla sp? treating you?
