Yeah, the original photo was all I had on hand and Instagram decided to spruce things up. The reality is a neat patina. It's got its scuffs and blemishes, but that has added to its charming and peppy personality.  It's not the original paint (or even color), but I like it more than the red that I believe would have been the original. I've talked to people about buffing the paint to shine it up - which you could certainly do - but everyone has said to keep the patina look.

 

I'm scheduled for a PPI this Monday, so I should have pictures of the underside and more body pics soon.
