Installed positions of outer quarter and door glass moldings

Does anyone have a couple pics different angles etc of a car that has never been disassembled, or properly set of the outer quarter and door glass moldings? Thanks much appreciated!!

Can't help with pictures, but do have a couple of columns on how to install the rubber gaskets around both the doors and the quarter windows.  PM me for a copy if you think it'll help.

Thanks Mike, but I`m looking for how the moldings at base of door and quarter glass are set/placed or how they should look..

Not exactly sure what you're after but maybe these pics will help.

Specifically at the base of quarter glass top of quarter panel that is riveted, and the door window glass squeegee aluminum molding that slips onto the upper top door flange.

Did the previous post answer your question Mike? I have a moldering ‘72 project in the garage that I do not think has  ever been taken apart. Looks to be the same as yours.

Actually my car is Malaga but this was not my car... My moldings were definitely installed incorrectly by them not using my BMW aluminum rivets and that they used steel rivets creating too much pressure causing the moldings to splay outward instead of static like in your pictures. Now I know how they should ideally set! I need to go to some 02 car meets lol! Thanks PapaG Bluehills2002 and rest of the crew that answered!! You guys rock!!
