Probably yes, but I need to know where your heater blower switch is. Left to the gauge cluster as a rotating one or above the tempereature regulator as a slider.

Only euro versions, no seat belt riot etc.

I will not be running a seat belt buzzer. 
heater blower is a slider.

Here's what I have. It's a two piece euro harness with turn signal stalk to the right of the column incl. wiper, defrost below the lighter and blower as a slider. A wire runs from the central control in the cluster to the fuel sender.

All plugs and connectors but no switches. No side markers, no belt alarm, no smog. You will have to renew the tape, it has become brittle in many spots and certain areas have some overspray. Dirty'n'dusty as usual for 50y old parts. US$ 230 incl. shipping. Paypal ok.
