Thank you for the info, but I am looking for spare parts/cheap assemblies just to retrofit just new lenses on mine not buy a complete new set.

The originals are melted into place when originally produced and thus aren't removable without destroying the lens.  However, several years ago someone on the FAQ was undertaking a project to reproduce Euro style (flat) lenses that could be glued into the chrome frames to replace damaged ones. 

 

Dunno if that project came to fruition...anyone???

Those need a good cleaning, on YouTube you will find ways to repair the chips…Those are chips are mostly under the hood anyway at the top of the lens…

Mike, that was Bob Northrop in Maine, he doesn't work with plastics anymore.
