WTB: Volvo LH 2.2 EFI conversion parts

Before I consider an engine swap (M42, M20B25, S54 ...?) I want to see how a built M10 responds to an EFI conversion.  Few months back I started a WTB thread looking for an 318i intake manifold, and thanks to all the help from forum members, that item is now secured.  Now I need the other bits to make this work.  Before I begin sourcing the EFI conversion parts from local junk yards, Ebay, etc. I thought I'd give the forum a try as it would be sweet if I could buy all the parts in one package.

Bosch LH 2.2 Wire Harness

544 ECU

Mass Airflow Sensor

Idle Control Valve

I've got these parts for sale since I switched to Megasquirt. The harness is modified to 320i intake. 2 ECUs, 2 airflow sensors but the idle valve is still in use. The fuel rail will need refurbishing. Shipping to the US possible.
