WTB: short console front piece

Hi All! 

 

Been a while. I've been having difficulties with my center console staying in place. I realized that the last owner hastily shaped a replacement piece of wood to recreate the original front piece of the short console. Because of this, it's never fit right. Now, after my frustration has gotten the better of me, the wood is starting to break, and the console is sliding all over the place. What I need is the original, correct fitting piece to help me get things fitting right. Hope you can help!

Larry, if you are lucky enough to find an original, they were made of press board and all that i've every seen looked like pure heck...i make them from solid wood...if you want to give one a try email me at estycarpet@gmail.com
