Two of my BMWs made the issue. Athena at The Vintage in Asheville & Vern 3 times in Mike's Mid America article & the E28 M5 received an honorable mention in the Power of M synopsis

There's also a write up by Chris Leonard of Mid America in The Ultimate Classic the  BMW Classic CCA Summer 2022 issue, the one with Veronika on the cover.

I was pleased to see that my 02 appeared twice in the article about Vintage 2022. I didn't mind being mentioned by name either. I cannot compete with the fame of Andrew Wilson, however!

My thanks to Mike Self for the shout out in the Roundel this month, the Mid American 02 fest is by far my favorite event…many thanks to Bo Black, Barb Black, Keith Kreeger and all the other volunteers that make it happen…

Kyla and I had a great time. The best part is the new friends we met on the drive down and at the event. Seeing 70 + colorful 02s in a line driving through the countryside was also really special. The article did a great job describing the vibe of the event. Good job Mike!
