E28 donor

Hi guys! I have a complete E28 535i available to me. What parts can I use on my 02 without cutting into my car? (Suspension, interior, drivetrain) thanks!

Rear View Mirror...I think.  It's a little wider.

Please do what you have to do to save it from getting parted out, as long as it's not twisted up. the sun visors fit a 2002, and are especially nice if you have a black headliner.

I wish it wasn’t in the condition it’s in. Heavy front end damage! It was a great looking car before it was wrecked.

The plastic buffers on the tips of the door latch are the same on the 2002.

The black metal wheel chock & tools in the trunklid case are nice to have.

There are some bolts that cross over...

 

...and a big six conversion gives you lots of torques.

I mean, I wouldn’t buy an entire E28 just to get the door latch buffers but if you are scavenging…

If it's a 85 it'll have the Gretag 265 trans and it is worth some money or you could use it's detachable bell housing to adapt any one of a number of other transmissions.

Inspired by another thread, I believe some people here have used the rear door brakes on their 02's
