WTB 1976 Thermal Reactor Exhaust manifold parts for CA SMOG

WTB Thermal Reactor Exhaust manifold-related parts for 1976 CA smog equipped 2002.

Hoping to find Items 3 and 8 from the drawing,

I have the reactor but  #8 is called for to mount it.

I need this to pass visual inspection for CA emissions test.

#8 is simply a support bracket so you can get smogged without it if you are planning on removing the manifold once you pass the smog test.

I found the cover (Thanks Blunt!) but am still seeking item # 8 from drawing. the mounting bracket.

The drawing doesn't show what it attaches to. Maybe it's for mounting the heat resistant plate, pn 31111115970 which shields the idler arm bushings from the thermal reactor's heat.
