WTB 318i Head

Hello. 
 

Trying to salvage a build where I feel I’ve been taken for a bit of a ride by the previous mechanic. 
 

Upon breaking down the head after an expensive build, have found some JB Weld and a crack…. In an attempt to keep specs somewhat similar, would love to find a 318i head off an e21.

Can you confirm the casting on your head? 

 

Does it say "E21 2.0" or "1.8i" on the carburetor side of the head? 

 

Any info would help narrow your search and give a possible seller a better idea of what you need.

Good point. See photo attached. Unfortunately other markings/stamps had been ground off…

 

but I did find someone locally who I think has one.

I think I have one, if you still need it.  I'd have to ship it though, as I'm in FL.
