I drive a '76 in California... anti-theft device not needed (nobody wants it!).

It will not.  Hagerty is reasonable and I sleep well at night knowing it's insured over full value......actually....do like Henna?  🤐

yup.  only slight paranoia is if an NLA E30M3 part breaks or is damaged.  insurance payout can't magically make NLA parts.   a 2002 has much better parts availability than an M3.

 

that paranoia just disappears though when the engine starts singing above 6k rpm.  as much fun as an S14 is in a 2002, it just feels better in the far better E30 chassis.

Air tags and iPhones both put out bluetooth signals that can be detected by thieves and may encourage them to break in to steal your electronic devices.
