Found WTB: Piano Top Pistons

Looking for a set of piano tops for my 74 2.0 with E12 head. 1st or 2nd oversize preferably. Bores have some light pitting from rust after sitting for years.

Original block. Any compression. Thanks.

Thats a tough one, nothing NOS floating around Ebay at the moment.

W&N may still  have 2nd OS in 9.5:1 at a premium price.

W&N demands a premium, but obviously rare pistons. That'll stretch the budget. 😎

bts-autoteile has E12 and 121 head pistons w/rings pins at a good price, 398 euros ($447). Standards, and o/s.

Nice!

 

Oldtimers has only flat-tops standard 89mm.

Yes, standard size E12 head pistons, appear to be in the 9's compression with 6.8 mm rise. Set of 4 minimum order 

would be 636 Euros ($715 at today's exchange rate).
