Rear bumper over riders (bumperettes)

Firstly, I am looking for two rear units w/vertical rubber strips that have the notch on both sides for the horizontal center rubber strip. 

Secondly, not looking to spend a lot so perhaps that worn out set that's not gonna be used ever can again find purpose in this world.  

 

Look close and one can see the notch in question on the outer and inner sides here in this image.
