Help with florida green color

Hi, I'm restoring a bmw 2002 and i want to paint it with the florida green (code 066) but with that code i can't find the exact color composition. Can anyone help me?

Some of the early colors are not easily found in the catalogs of modern manufacturers (PPG, Sherwin Williams, Dupont, Etc.) .  For Nevada, code 001, it was only available in Glasurit Single Stage Line 22.  I would try your local BASF Glasurit dealer.  You can search the internet for restored Florida cars and try contacting the owners, or if you have a unmolested part of the car with the original paint (under trunk lid?), you could try color matching it.

Florida 066 formulation for BASF Glasurit - Line 22 (single stage).  Note: color formula is different for Line 55 (solvent basecoat).

Most auto body paint supply shops have spectrographic matching equipment, so if you bring 'em a piece of un-faded Florida color (doesn't have to be very big) they can match it exactly.  Even Sherwin Williams paint stores have this equipment--nice to know if you have to match paint in your house--they even matched the blue paint on the 50s and 60s Florida license plates.

If the car was originally Florida as Mike said have it scanned, a good source of unfaded  color is the 2x2 plate that holds the end of the trunk torsion springs.
