3500 miles to date with 700 to go…

Working my way back home from Colorado Springs overnight stop in Roswell, New Mexico you certainly can’t leave here without saying you saw an alien…

last day on the tour with the BMW classic club, we toured the garden of the gods outside of Colorado Springs beautiful area.

My wife wanted some flowers, so a coastal cruise to the flower shop was in order.

Any excuse to drive!

A few weeks back, I also attended a C&C at Seaweed and Gravel in North County San Diego.  Pretty good turnout with an eclectic mix.

That’s not far from me! Wife and I love to have breakfast/brunch in Encinitas. Do they have c&cs often?

Took it on a 60 mile round trip to the NorthStar BMW CCA meet.  Temp gauge never went north of 3 o’clock in spite of 80 mph, 91 degrees and dew points in the 70s.   The Raffle car took 1st place in the Classic category, beating out a beautiful euro e24 by a vote.  Here’s that Shark with its little ‘02 brother in the background, along with the Classic, Modern, and best in show winners lined up.

I've been to two there so far, this C&C and a B-Sedan meetup.  So, a couple of meets a year?  But I wouldn't be surprised if they start holding more, based on the turnout.

Attended Carrera Arroyo Seca event. It was a meet/drive/meet. All cars welcomed. I went with the local 2002 regulars, although I took my M5 since my clutch master is leaking and I didn’t want to risk it.

A radiator shop is a good place to take a leak.

I have no idea what I'm doing but I know I'm really good at it.
