02s in Hagerty Magazine

[2002#3]

Today's Hagerty Magazine shows two 02s in ads, Mobile 1 and Coco Mats.  I don't endorse, just report.

 

Q:  What is the single thing in the two-page spread below you notice first, gets your attention, and makes you think instantly and without question the car is an 02?  vent window?  B pillar?  beltline trim?  dent in the trim?  overall shape?  the driver's side kink?  greenhouse glass?  smile onthe driver's face (not shown; however, we know it's there)?  Me, that distinctive door handle.  Nothing else is close.

It's funny how the belt trim across the magazine gutter aligns as poorly as the door and rear quarter trim. Wonky.

it has the 02 std dents in the trim too.

If I would have turned the page to see this I would have first thought "hey could it be?" then I would check door handle, then beltline trim and know for sure it is. 👍

 

Q: Whats the little V shaped metal hanging from the top of passenger door frame? An aftermarket window shade?

 

Interesting - the photo suggests motion/driving (not sure why) but the dog hair is not blowing back. (My dog's tongue is flapping around when she hangs her head out). Prob just me.
