Rare as hens teeth, refashion/restore the one you have if you still have any of the remnants. As Mike said Mike McCartney may have an insight to a source.

Just found this 2 piece dash...round tail light car dash.

but open link for the ebay.uk that I sent earlier...if your car has round tail lights that is correct for those cars, square tail light cars use a one piece dash.

Any RHD dash will work, doesn't have to be tii. The hole for the clock can be cut by hand... there's a metal strengthener embedded in the moulded foam, it has the hole for the clock already...explore the area from the inside with a sharp pin and then cut away foam with a craft knife.
