You can do it for cheap diy if you don't want original, s said. Keep it super simple and its easy, take more time and it can be fancy of course. 

Door card board or wood, or plastic sign board (Sintra).

Landau foam and vinyl.

I bought front and back all 4 cards for 650 after tax shipped on eBay, they cost more now but if you watch this sellers different auctions you can find them as cheap as I did, pretty sure they accept offers as well so does not hurt to try. I bought mine about 2 months early as I could not ignore the price drop that only lasted a few days. They come from Turkey but the quality is spot on.
