well uro parts has a scanning service. Email sent for CAD price. I get Kens tomorrow. Is it all one part or is there a bearing inside? I thought only the compressor catches when triggered, sorry noob here. We still might need a perfect donor. and I have no idea what kind of machine/company would be cost-effective to do it

No bearing inside. Everything in one piece. the inside AC pulley is pressed onto a stock hub. A off the self V belt pulley with its hub machined to 50mm should press fit onto a stock hub. I have ordered 3 pulleys. 2 had problems. Fingers crossed on the third one.

 

The compressor has a clutch that only engages when triggered but the belt spins constantly.

La Jolla independent was selling just the pulley to be pressed on a non a/c hub. Maybe some still exist there, or Carl could be persuaded to make another batch? I think they were sub $100 a few years back.
