it is the last of the model 71's with a 1/73 build date. originally sahara with black and beige insert. i am going to strip the car and have it bead blasted and prime and definitely change the color!

Pearl orange mettalic with pearl yellow accents is my choice!

My friend, Karl, has a 1600-2 in Maisgelb which is a nice soft, pale yellow color. I know it is not wild, but it really looks nice!

Be careful you might just end up with a golf touring! Personally I like the color- the blue that is pictured is very nice as well...Fjord???

Baikal is just about the coolest colour for a Touring, IMHO of course!

Although as the man said, mint grun catches the eye
