How long does it take to remove dash?

I found a junked 02 with a good dash. how do you remove it and how long does it take? i think the windshield needs to be removed right?

If so, how do you remove the windshield? I am not interested in preserving the windshield or anything else as I mentioned the car is junked.

unless you have done the job before. The cars with a 1 piece dash (>'73) have two screws at the center of the dash that can only be accessed with the windshield out. To remove the windshield, remove the locking strip. Then, cut the seal and pull it out. Be careful... you don't want the windshield falling on you or the dash. Also, be very careful when you remove the dash... the vinyl gets very brittle and will crack easily if you flex the dash- easy to do with it out of the car.
