Could this be the car Paul Cain is going to show on 8/18?

I don't know if BMWCCA embargoed the link or if its just my computer; I cannot download any PDFs from their site. If it is available, can someone email me the article/PDF? Please send to rnscotland at hotmaildotcom.

Paul, congrats again.

Thanks in advance.

With your mouse-Right Hand Click the link above, and select save file as, and save into your doccuments folder, then open it up. I use a mac & it links & downloads directly. Try to use the right hand mouse button and save the link to your computer and see if that works.

Bigdog,

Thanks for your nice words. You will have a chance to see it in person at Monterey on August 18th at the CCA clean car contest. Details will be on the www.38csi.com website.

big respect Paul, it's one thing to have the imagination for such a project, it's an entirely different matter to make it happen.

But for gods sake tell us what it's like to drive! Better still, get a video clip - that beast must sound incredible coming on boost.

I know it's rude to ask a girls weight, but I'd love to know how all your attention to detail has paid off on the corner weights. That's an inspired gearbox solution.

Salut, Nick

John,

If that is your colorado 02 with flairs, don't beat yourself up, That kind of effort that you are exerting is the exact thing that inspires sickos like yours truly to push it further. Your project looks pristine. It is these exact images that gives us all the motivation to try harder. I very much look forward to seeing progress photos. Thanks.

absolutely beautiful, down to the last detail....

Are you driving it to Monterey? or trailer? Maybe you need a convoy of California '02s to escort you up there. Just to keep the Papparazzi away.

Hehehe, I totally agree... John, your car looks sweet! It will be better when it is on the road!! :-P Time can be a bitch though.

This 2002 just extended the bar. The great media this will get can only do good things to our cars value, so the more you put into them, the more you can justify the outlay. Thats just my way of justifying to myself I am doing the right thing.

Thanks for the kind works. I will be driving it IN Monterey, however, like the coupe, this will be its one trailer queen ride. The car cover comes off at precisely 9 a.m., August 18th on the green at Concours Italiano-BMW Corral. If you miss it at Concourso, I am elated to tell you that it has been invited to join the Corral at the track on Saturday. Thanks.
