Where do YOU like to drive on a sunny St Pats day?

Sure, rub it in Steve!! we had about 10 inches of snow here St. Pat's day, but the parade went on. It's getting to be about time for the ceremonial, pre-first drive of the season for the 2000, so an oil/filter change maybe later this week and putting the battery back in. One of my favorite drives here in western N.Y. is around the Finger Lakes region, around the Canadice/Hemlock Lake area and Conesus Lake as well.

Thanks Steve, for a great day. Glad I got top billing. Can't wait for more pictures. It is hard to take pictures when you are having so much fun driving. Here is what was following me...

Great drive, Steve! Great road, great cars, great scenery, great weather, great food. Those who missed it should watch closely next year, or whenever SteveJ organizes another drive.

Hey-

Alfa Romeo Montreal? I missed out too, but my life is fairly hectic at the moment anyway.

Ideally I want John Mozart's 1936 ex-Paris show car Alfa Romeo 8C 2900B Touring Spyder, but I don't have 5-6 mil...oh well:) Or maybe his 1962 silver Ferrari GTO, or the ex-Colonel Gillies Bugatti Type 57SC Corsica Spyder, or the Lister Knobbly or any one of his Packards...MUST WIN LOTTERY.

Creighton,

That's a great area, the Keuka Lake area that is. They have the winery tours in that area, usually in the fall. Can't "sample" too many wines though, have to drive back home safely and it's about an hours drive from that area back to mi casa.
