i like em. not too stiff but im tolerant also. im also running 22mm/19/sways

no spring pads anywhere. the rear sits perfect with just the right amount of camber with inverted subframe mounts. the front is too high as it sits. it needs to come down an inch but it may settle. on the freeway its somewhat bouncy but not annoying. corners flat and really transformed the car. ill post some pics after i beat it for awhile

I installed the same in my 69 and went to the track. Compared to the ST springs and the KYBs I had before, it was quite an improvement. (I also have the ST 22/19 and urethane bushings) It cornered flatter and it did not feel any stiffer. Just better control. I do not have my rear mounts inverted, and the car still sits a little high but I don't mind it at all. I could use some camber plates.

Now I need to upgrade my brakes. They are no longer holding out at the track. Even with ATE blue, drilled rotors and PBR metal masters, the brakes fade after 2 laps. It's time for the Volvo upgrade.
