Wheels & Headlamp Question

Recommended Posts

Can anyone tell me what type of wheels are on this beautiful car and what sizes they come in. I apologize for the side view, but this is the only picture I have.

I am also curious what type of headlamps are on the front bumper.

Thanks in advance for helping a newbie out!

should know....the angle is too steep for me to recognize, but they could be either Campognolos or the factory alloys...just a guess.

Try to find some pix from the 2006 V in V and I'll bet you'll find another shot of that car.

Thanks for the input everyone. I searched for additional photos and could not find a better angle of the wheels. Additional answers are welcomed if anyone can help despite the angle.

TTyMiller- I am interested in your fog lamps, but need more info. Drop me an email at wholefoodsnutrition@earthlink.net with price and what it takes to mount them.

Thanks!

C'mon Erik, I guess you are as "sick" as the rest of us. Your car hasn't even arrived, and you are already upgrading parts on it.

Good luck, we will all be thrilled when you finally get your 1st '02....counting down, just a few more days.

Here is a link to another pic of the car from a photographer that was there. I believe that they are Cosmics that have been stripped.

With that PERFECT et25 offset on 15x7's, one would have no problem fitting 205/50-15's WITH rolled fender lips. True, 195/50's are a sure fit BUT if 205's work than why not try'em.

Even though I took this pic I would have recognized the wheels since I'm a fan of old skool wheels.

The wheels on this car are Cosmics. Another car there also had Campagnolos which are as cool.

The fogs I can't tell but since they are about 5.75" and 2" thick/deep I'd say the person who guessed TN 160's is probably right.

I like this car alot. But, of course I am partial since I have a chamonix 70 very close to it down to the German grille badge :)

Well, since that "oldschool" pic is of my '69 (1666747) taken back in 1973, I can say with certainty the wheels you are trying identify are Cosmics --likely 5.5" x 13" stripped and painted silver.

I recently purchased a set of these, had them completely refurbished in their original black/machined face specs, then sent them to Australia -- where they grace a Fjord blue 2002.
